Description
Chamude is a new name created by combining chamois and suede.
It was developed in the 1980s based on the ultra-micro fiber sea-island technology of Kolon Industries, Inc., a leading company of chemicals and textiles in Korea.
As a substitute for genuine leather, nylon ultra-micro fiber products were widely used in shoes and gloves at the beginning, and from a decade ago, polyester ultra-micro fiber technology was applied to gradually expand its use for automotive, furniture, and luxury goods
